  • 1 slice multi-grain bread, crusts removed
  • 1/2 tsp Vegemite
  • 1 slice cheddar cheese


  1. Spread the Vegemite onto the bread.
  2. Layer with the slice of cheese.
  3. Cut into thirds one-way, and then thirds again the other way. Makes 9 serves
