Why do I need to be an Everyday Rewards Club member to join the Woolworths Baby and Toddler Club?

It is so we can provide you with exclusive offers, tailored to you. Your exclusive club offers will be uploaded directly onto your Everyday Rewards card so that you can redeem them in-store or online. Being a member of Everyday Rewards will ensure you can take full advantage of being a member of the Woolworths Baby and Toddler Club.

How do I redeem offers?

Your exclusive club offers will be uploaded directly onto your Everyday Rewards card. Simply swipe your card in-store or enter your details to redeem online via Woolworths online shopping. For any offers not relating to a Woolworths supermarket product, instructions will be provided on how to redeem within the offer details.

When can I start redeeming offers?

If you are new to Everyday Rewards, you will be able to redeem offers once you receive your card in the post. If you are an existing member, offers will be applied to your card within 8 days.

Why do I need to be a member of the Club to participate in the forum?

We aim to bring our members the best club experience as possible and also to reward them for their loyalty to Woolworths. Being a member has exclusive benefits, including the ability to participate in the Club community.

What do I do if I no longer want to be a Baby and Toddler Club member but wish to keep my Everyday Rewards membership?

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking here or via the link at the bottom of your regular e-newsletter.

How do I unsubscribe from receiving Everday Rewards emails?

Log into your online account at everydayrewards.com.au and select the 'My profile' tab, and then choose 'Manage my subscriptions' and then 'Everyday Rewards Preferences'. You can then select the boxes to indicate the communication methods that suit you. You can also click on the unsubscribe link in the bottom of an email sent to you from Everyday Rewards. By unsubscribing you could miss out on important information such as program updates, special offers and discounts.

Do I need to have children to be a part of the club?

No, you could be trying to have children or alternatively a primary caregiver or a loving grandparent of some little ones.

What are you doing with the information I've given you as part of joining the club?

What happens when my baby turns five?

You can still enjoy the articles and recipes in the club regardless of the age of your child. Offers and content is however targeted to those who are trying to conceive, pregnant, or have children up to the age of four.

I live in Tasmania, can I join the Woolworths Baby and Toddler Club?

Unfortunately at this stage the club is not available for people living in Tasmania, as there is an alternate loyalty program to Everyday Rewards operating there; The Frequent Shopper Club. We regularly review our programs and assess whether our products meet the needs of our customers and we will continue to monitor feedback regarding the Frequent Shopper Club and the Everyday Rewards program in Tasmania.

How quickly can I take advantage of offers once I join the club?

Offers will be uploaded to your Everyday Rewards card up to 8 days after you join.
